#34: When a client asks about my opinions of XYZ Company, I may not respond that "I am contractually forbidden from saying anything bad about XYZ" because, even though factual, its self-defeating.
This weekend I'm headed to ECCC! I won't have a table of my own, but I'll probably be hovering around Tiny Blue Dragon Studio's booth #O-11 with Elaine before she disappears back to Japan!
I won't be working on the trip, but I managed to get some guest arts for you guys! I hope you enjoy them. :3
This one actually could be me. I sit answering phones eight hours a day. Although I try to be respectful of the customers and adjust my answers to each caller we do have scripted responses to most things. When a caller gets particularly rude, I have been known to just read it word for word in a polite way.
