Hey Thankless Workers! Some of you may not know this, but I was made the art director for this year's KantCon, a humble family gaming con in KC. Last night I got some WIP photos from the sculptor for the mini I designed and sorry but I'm totally freaking out. It just looks so coool! You can totally pre-order one right now, even if you can't go to the con. But I recommend you do, because everyone is super-nice and helpful and funny.
Ok, enough with the link spam.

I've been wanting to draw this story for a while, but couldn't figure out how to cram it into one strip without mangling it. So Anna W., a waitress in a small diner, has been waiting on an old man all day. He's gotten coffee, food, etc, and has been hanging out not doing much. Hours later, when he finally leaves, Anna discovers he's tipped her a whole dime. And this wasn't in 1930, folks. She sees the offending customer in the parking lot, presumably slowly ambling to his car, and chases after him. Putting the dime back into his hand she says: "YOU MIGHT NEED THIS." I wish I had been there to see the most glorious example of passive-aggressiveness I have ever heard.

Just one more announcement: by this time next week the Kickstarter should be live! Are you hyped yet? 8D
